About Fasl-e-Naw Library :

We have voluntarily established Fasl-e-Naw Library as a cultural, non-profit, non-political, and independent institution at 2016 AD in Mazar-e-Sharif city, Balkh province, Afghanistan. Then, we activated the second branch of Fasl-e-Naw Library at 2022 AD in Qom province, Iran. We have been continuing our activities in these six goals since 7 years ago: 1. Promoting social self-governing. 2. Promoting the culture of reading and bookhood. 3. Raising awareness of children and teenagers' normative breeding. 4. Raising awareness of protecting environment and work on. 5. Promoting public voluntary 6. Promoting criticism and discourses. After seven years of experience in the social activities field, we have reached out to this belief that we can have active contributions in social enlife recovery with symphytism and cooperation.
